Jagged is an oil paint self-portrait I made to be a part of a diptych with “Crescent,” an acrylic self-portrait I made in my sophomore year. Jagged represents a sort of necessary discourse and negativity.

Duality is a diptych in which I wanted to emphasize the “duality” of my character, neither element inherently bad or good. I plan to incorporate butterflies and moths to further push this idea.
